We want you to feel good wearing The Zeron Lab.

If something’s off - wrong size, wrong fit, or just not what you expected - we’ll do our best to sort it out.

Hong Kong Returns Only
At the moment, returns and exchanges are only available for orders within Hong Kong.
We’re still a small independent brand and currently can’t support international returns yet - appreciate the understanding.

Exchanges
Ordered the wrong size?
No stress - we offer free size exchanges on eligible Hong Kong orders. Just contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll help you out.

Returns
Hong Kong customers can return their order within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- items must be unworn and unwashed
- tags and original packaging must still be included
- the item needs to be in original condition

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong one.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank/provider, it may take a few business days to appear.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, send us a message within 48 hours of delivery with a few photos and we’ll make it right.

Final Notes
We’re a small independent brand - not a giant corporation pretending to care. Every order genuinely means a lot to us, and we’ll always try to help wherever we can.
